Violent Video Games: Beneficial?

According to researchers in Australia, violence in video games are actually seen as more of a healthy stress reliever and social engagement tool.  Had a bad day?  Need some stress relief?  Play zombies and see how many undead beings you can kill.  Hijack a vehicle on grand theft auto 5 or hit some people like an opposing QB on Madden 25.  Furthermore, gaming also can promote "a sense of community".  Ever feel a sense of companionship with others posting about a game you really like.  For example, a hardcore COD gamer may feel at home on a gaming blog or on a COD Facebook page.  The conclusions made are that violence in moderation on a TV screen is a good thing.  But like with anything, "with great power comes great responsibility.
